· What it gives you

If you want a baseline before you invest in data, AI or governance,

A scored view of how decisions are made and recorded across five dimensions, and the few moves that lift the score most.

I The problem

Organisations buy decision technology before they know which part of deciding is actually weak. The result is tooling that automates the wrong thing.

II Approach

  1. Assess 48 indicators across five dimensions: data, process, technology, governance and coherence.
  2. Run it facilitated, so evidence is gathered rather than self-reported, with a free 25-minute self-assessment as the first door.
  3. Produce maturity scores, a gap map and prioritised recommendations.
  4. Refuse to prescribe technology the organisation does not need.

III Structure

  1. DataIs the evidence there and trusted?
  2. ProcessAre decisions made the same way each time?
  3. TechnologyDoes tooling support the decision, not just the report?
  4. GovernanceWho decided, on what, under what authority?
  5. CoherenceDo decisions add up to the strategy?

IV Craft and next
